"Contra Las Cuerdas" 

I collaborated with the World Boxing Council to create a documentary-style short film about Victor Avan, a 21-year-old boxing prodigy from Tepito, Mexico City. Victor, with a decade-plus experience on the amateur circuit and multiple state, national, and international titles, is poised for a promising transition to professional boxing this year. The film provides an intimate, behind-the-scenes look into Victor's daily life, capturing moments in his gym during early morning training, his local church, his home, and one of his final amateur bouts.

The video, offering a glimpse into Victor's relentless spirit and critical career decisions, premiered on WBC's YouTube channel. It also featured a compelling trailer on Instagram, attracting 61,933 views and 1,226 like in its first month.
